During my week of jam, I took a break from the fruit and decided to give a recipe from the July issue of Bon Appetit a try. With a few adaptions to the recipe, I came up with a sweet and tangy jelly that was the perfect addition to a cheese plate and makes an amazing glaze for pork tenderloin.
